For speakers

The room already knows how it went. Ask them before they leave it.

Encore puts a QR code on your last slide and turns the ninety seconds after your talk into testimonials you can post, a report the organiser can share, and the people in the room worth following up with.

Accounts are set up by hand, one at a time, so there is no sign-up form to fill in.

Three steps, and two of them are not yours

  1. Before

    One slide

Download a QR slide from Encore and put it at the end of your deck. The code is tied to that event, so you never have to set anything up on the day.

  2. During

    The room answers

Phones, no app, no account. A handful of questions in under a minute — and if someone cannot scan, they type a short code instead.

  3. After

    You have proof

Testimonials, the numbers an organiser rebooks on, and the people who asked to hear from you. Usually before you have packed up.

What you get out of it

Testimonials, ready to post

Approve a quote, pick a style, and download it as a graphic sized for a feed, a story or a link preview — in your colours, with your name on it.

A report the organiser can share

The numbers from their event on one page, as a link or a PDF. Metrics your survey did not collect are simply absent, never a zero, and a report drawn from too few responses is withheld rather than published.

The people worth following up with

Whoever books speakers, knows someone who does, or asked to hear from you — separated out from everyone else, with what they said attached.

A contact list that remembers

Everyone who leaves you a way to reach them, gathered across every event rather than scattered through the responses, with your own notes and tags on each of them.

Your brand, not ours

Your colours, your logo, your wording on the survey and the thank-you screen. The audience is answering you, not a piece of software.

GoHighLevel, if you use it

Respondents sync across as contacts with your fields, tags and workflows. If you do not use it, nothing about Encore depends on it.

Asking an audience for their details is a responsibility

Consent is asked for plainly and recorded as given. Withdrawing it is recorded the same way, and the most recent answer is the one that counts.

A testimonial is only ever shared if the person agreed to it being shared, and only attributed if they agreed to that separately. Edits keep the original wording alongside them.

Running a survey for an under-18 audience collects nothing and sends nothing on. It is a switch on the survey, not a policy to remember.

Tell us about the talk and we will set you up before it. There is no sign-up form because every account is created by hand — which also means someone reads your message.
